We have three manufacturing plants, an administration building and a dormitory for the workers. About 800 workers are hired in our factory Main equipments include PP sheet drawing machines, PP sleeves making machines, material cutting machines, sewing machines, punching machines, high frequency hot welding machines, ultrasonic hot welding machines and silk-screen printing processing line etc. We are capable to produce products made of PP, PEVA, EVA, PVC, PU, and NYLON material. |

Production Process |
Starting from PP sheet drawing, cutting material into the shape we want, stitching, hot welding, silk- screen printing until the final packaging and quality control. All of the above production process is done in our factory. It does not only ensure the best quality of our products but also the on-time delivery to the buyers. |

We have very strict quality control policy in order to offer high quality products to our clients. During the packing and QC process, every four workers are divided into one group. Each group has a team leader. Once any defect is found, the defected product will be abandoned. |
